Army temporary promotion memo 2024.
This would have lead to me loosing my temp promotion next month. The 12 month extension based on memorandum date should be enough to time to finish PME and keep the rank. On a side note: this took way to fucking long. My buddy lost his MSG due to an admin error, missed his PME then lost the temp rank.
