Rhonda was born in Dr. Pennington’s office on October 27, 1961. She grew up in Lincolnton and was a proud graduate of Lincoln County High School Class of 1979. Mr. Aaron Conrad Barr, 56, of Barden Bend, passed away at his residence on January 25, 2022. He was born on January 21, 1966 in Watertown, New York to the late John and Marion Cooper Barr.
