Having no audio device settings makes using a headset much more annoying. If you want to use a headset you have to change the Windows settings before launching the game. After hours of trying to solve the problem, I decided to give up and uninstalled it. As a nice little side effect, my sound now ALWAYS gets delayed a slight bit more every time I plug in and unplug the headset.
