There are little metal tabs holding the bracket to the BCM's plastic housing. Release the tabs and the BCM will slide out of the bracket. Checked the low pressure port with a gauge and got a reading of a little over 100psi....which seems extremely high. I can hear something click on when I turn a/c on...fan or relay or whatever.
