While it's true most of the time grab attacks are garbage, an Endure->Lifesteal Fist combo absolutely destroys most 3v1 hyper aggressive ... I just tested this on some fist I'm running. I tried the standard and Occult and neither of them did any lifesteal whatsoever. Is this a bug or am I… I believe lifesteal fist deals magic damage, so it will deal a lot more damage on a weapon with int scaling, high int, and magic scorpion charm/magic physick tear. Worth investigating. Lifesteal fist is an Enhanced hit AoW. That means that it's not gonna get any extra Arcane scaling unless you're running a Fist with Arcane scaling in the first place.
