When you download the pack, right click and go to properties, click the 'unblock' box then go to compatibility and tick the 'run as administrator' box. This bypasses the issue, also getting rid of defender does this ...

Double check the folder you pick, and which one you start from. In game center, click game settings and "Show In Folder", it'll show where you start your game from 🙂. I'm sure I installed it in the right place, I was using it in the previous 4-5 versions without any problems, I chose it manually, it didn't work. Quote.
