The issue is with Mint, they have not added the DasherDirect banking card to their system yet since it is so new. Stride Bank is indeed the banking service provider, but due to the nature of their partnership, the DD version is considered a separate bank (dashers have a different routing number than normal Stride Bank users, which only exist in Oklahoma).
