I know it scales better with dex, especially when upgraded, but I really like the weapon art, and it has really good blood build up. Would my damage be too low if I only had the minimum dex to wield the weapon and dumped everything else into arcane?Comparing a lot of weapons to bloodhounds fang has the same effect. There are a lot of enemies and bosses who are immune to bleeding/resistant to fire or are too mobile for you to proc bleeding. Regalia of Eochaid is a fantastic back up option since it doesn't proc bleed nor deals fire damage AND scales primarily with Arcane.It's an infusable weapon so only it's base scaling is mixed, which basically doesn't matter at all. All infusable weapons will perform better on Heavy or Keen than on standard unless you're doing a low level run.
