Interact with the notice board in the dock and select an item. Obtain the required item and interact with the board again. Move the item from the inventory and the shipping order is completed. Ugh. I paused playing this game and waited for the Update, hoping I could finally use the Shipping Contracts Board. I think I've encountered a bug on the switch version of the game but I can't find any answers anywhere. I keep trying to accept a shipping contract (after doing the first quest where you fulfill one) and I can't accept it. I hold to accept and it takes me out of the menu like it's accepted it, but when I go back in all the options are available like I never took it.
