Maybe. Most 12.50 tires are designed for 8.5" width rims at minimum. 9-10" is recommended. Stock wheels are 8 inches wide. There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation. The Toyo R/T and M/Ts, for example, require an 8.5 minimum. The A/T III will do fine with a spec of 8" minimum.

Yes for sure, I already geared the rear to 4.10 and average about 16-16.5 mpg.

After the Lift and 37s I have put an additional 5.3K miles averaging 11.8 mpg, please keep in mind this is with an Un-Corrected Odometer. The 37's are 9% larger than the stock tires and using quick math the corrected mpg comes out to be 12.8 mpgs. 37/12.5r18 Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Axle ratio: 3.310. Circumference: 2780. I wanted to use the highest axle ratio it would accept while keeping the tire size below the DTC threshold (2792). I started by directly using the manufacturers revolutions per mile (571) to calculate circumference: (5280/571)*12*25.4 = 2818.

I have about 1200 miles on the truck. It’s been lifted since about 450 miles. I get 9.5 mpg towing my 6Kish lb pontoon boat and 11-12.5 around the city. I haven’t had it on a road trip yet where I keep a constant speed.

I would add that in my experiences the 6.2 with 4.30 and even a smaller 33" tire will be a great combo.

FYI - Ford is putting a 35" spare under the new Tremor package trucks. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front. You said adding rear blocks, if needed, isn't a problem.

My measuring of the distance between my stock tires and the fender wells at turn (when the edge of the tire is closest to the fender/bumper) gives me 3 7/8".
