Officers with the El Paso Police Department have arrested the president of a motorcycle gang. Police arrested 46-year-old Charles Anderson, president of the Mongols Outlaw Motorcycle gang, Monday morning. Anderson was arrested on suspicion of engaging in organized crime and assaulting a rival gang member on April 5 in northeast El Paso. Anderson is in the El Paso County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
