As a healer, I would recommend: Raid Frames: I prefer to use addons to customize my raid frames. I’ve used base blizzard raid frames, ElvUI and currently I use Grid2. It has a ton of customization options while also being fairly user friendly and easy to get into. The Grid2 profile pictured below is available to import from the link.
It depends on what other AddOns you want to go with it. I have the same ElvUI profile copied to all my characters so it's the same, and things like TellMeWhen setup different for all the specs, and enabling VuhDo for my healers.
