When she first starts out with a cold engine, shifing from 1st to 2nd, you have to hit the shift button 3 or 4 times before it will shift into 2nd. After running the bike for awhile and the engine is really warmed up, it will shift alot better.

The problem I am finding is that the new engine is a FE model and not an FM.
