This gives quite a bit of range but might still get in the way for larger maps like Ragnarok. If you go any higher it starts screwing with swim speeds for some reason lol. Reply.

If on pc you can setup a non dedicated server by hosting it and they can join tour server while you are online. As for tether you can configure it on pc by typing 1000 into the tether distance option. Don't use the scroll bar.
