Not satisfied with theATT/Asurion phone. I originally got the s22 Ultra in March thru trade-in for my old iPhone. Unfortunately that phone was stolen and I filed a claim with Asurion. they sent a replacement, same exact model and color, which i recieved 5 days ago. Thing is, im just not satisfied with the s22 Ultra and want to switch back to ...Here is the problem ATT says it Asurion then vise versa. i have these phones on contract and the ATT operated when getting these devices didnt give me any other option. Nor did she let me know if i even needed insurance. So to me it looks like ATT should do something since this isnt the first complaint nor am I alone in this situation.Asurion had me contact AT&T and the issue was resolved for the most part.
