I think they may now port to Blasted Lands, but I can't remember for certain. I also do not remember if the dark portal will throw you in Draenor or Outland. I can't think of a specific toy or item that can take you directly there, though. The closest you may be able to get is using the portal to Shatt in Org/SW.
