I have received my parts today and happy with the customer service. Thank you Keter team. I received the Keter Darwin 6X6 this morning ordered from Amazon. Order ID is 205-3555567-2277105. From the base box 1/2 I got 2 bases pieces only but 2 more are missing. The part number DREF x 2 are missing and I am unable to start building the shed.Exceptional customer service. I emailed Keter with a problem relating to storm damage. Their customer service could not have been more helpful. I received an exceptional level of care and service. 6 days after the storm and 4 days after my enquiry, my problem has been resolved and my storage is back to normal.
