Thanks! We do occasionally get it to work (still have the printer, still hate it) and it normally involves a cycle of turning it off, unplugging it for 30 seconds, plugging in back in. Doing this a few times normally manages to get it to limp through a few pages at a time before it will say there's a jam when there isn't, disconnect from the network, or some other infuriating nonsense.
