Why is directv stream not on lg tv.
Two identical TVs (LG). One remote installed controls volume and one doesn't. On a different TV (Samsung), installing the remote took me to a dialog to control volume, but I cannot figure out how to get into that dialog for the other LG TV or the fourth TV in the house (Sharp) that also doesn't work for volume control.

We are customers just like you here in an open customer forum. DirecTV Stream has enough problems trying to support the devices that they currently say they support. Just be thankful they do not offer an app for the LG TV. Get a true streaming device like Fire Stick, Roku, or Apple and enjoy the service.
