Kills and deaths to other players are the only thing that affect MMR. Suicides, death to fall damage, team mate kills, etc do not affect MMR. Neither do boss kills, extraction, etc., nor should they. If bounty affected MMR, everyone would just jump on the empty OCE servers and just PvE their way to 6 stars.
