I spent the entire month watching kdramas and the night before the comat I took a red eye across the country, landed 2 hrs before the comat, got to where I was staying and fell asleep during the comat for a little bit. I did the same thing for every single COMAT. I did 100 new cheesy dorian a day for the topic (ex IM or FM or OB plus whatever previously done cards). I think every COMAT had a different way for studying as well which was a pain in the ass. For IM, it’s ver broad but very similar to board prep questions. That said, it can be a tough COMAT because it can be all the systems.
