I checked the o ring on the oil filter it was good , hooked up a mechanical oil pressure gauge , still showed low oil pressure , pulled oil pan ck o ring on oil pump , checked good , took oil pump apart , looks like this could be the problem , sent the oil out to be tested , to much of a coincidence that the oil pump would go bad at the same time as a oil change.
