Serial number is M45423. Definitely an M and not a double stamped A. Used condition with some of the plating coming off. Just want to know the manufacture info. The M serial prefix was used only 1904-1905 on large frame black powder .38 S&W caliber hammer models, which had flat mainsprings, and M45423 was made in 1904.
