If you are looking for independent practice, look elsewhere. Local med ops micro manage and clinical "leadership " is checked out. Rate your recent company.Your expected to grin and bare it. Multiple coworkers fell into depression/mental health struggles because of the constant changes and disruption to their work/life and feeling drained. To which we were all punished for. Everything you do is monitored calls, screen, 4+ minutes of idle time will get you in trouble.
