I was a bit scared and called the midwives and the lady on the phone did not seem to be bothered as long as I dont have any contractions (which I dont). She just said that sometimes you can lose some of your mucus plug and that it can sometimes “grow” back. I just keep an eye on my Braxton hicks and if they start getting crazy then I give a call.
