Once the season ends and your in off season staff go right into the staff menu and fired your OC and hire someone else right away. The OC section will be full of fired coordinators the computer isn't interested in and you can complete the off season and go into the next year without being stuck in the no OC to hire glitch.

Got to the offseason & noticed the cpu teams would fire real life HC & then replace them with game generated coaches. & then those same teams would hire real life guys like McVay as offensive coordinators, but you can't hire actual people to be your coordinators, only your head coach.I switched to another team and immediately back.
