Cube Necro/Pensalir/Von Leon gear and Zak, Magnus and HT accessories to 6% main stat/attack and starforce to at least 10 star. The most efficient way to get arcane gear would be to farm at arcane river which after droplet buff, nets you at about 2-3 droplets per hour. The lazy way is to buy droplets from event shops for 50m meso each and or get lucky from doing daily kill quests to get a droplet here and there.
