At some point recently I ran budget report before checking planning tab and it wouldn’t run and complained about no budget then found budget gone so my experience a little different. I updated to new Quicken release that came out yesterday and also did a Windows 10 update that came out yesterday (apparently fixing a nasty zero day exploit).
