22. Mar 22, 2008. #1. While randomly checking out the NBOME page, I came across some info about "COMSAE (Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Self-Assessment Examination)". This appears to be the osteopathic equivalent of the NBME practice exams. This is the first of I have heard of this; I was curious if anyone knew anything else about it.

Long story short my school wants me to take a COMSAE to prove readiness, and I'd like to have the path of least resistance to conserve energy for the real deal, which is in less than a week. I thought 108 was decent. 108 significantly overpredicted me, 109 slightly did. 106 and 107 under predicted me by 50+, 110 was almost right on the money.
