I would not stay there long but i like the diversity. Interior temp is very warm. The big bed makes it even warmer. All animals spawn and wander within 100m of the house making hunting very easy. Crafting table in basement. All furnature/curtains can be put to good use. Nice central location in map. All cooking can be done in the safety of indoors on the stove.
