Since you're in the Turing Scholars program you'll probably have a strong, somewhat close knit, competent peer group (Good odds for a future co-founder) You'll probably spend your summers in the Bay Area anyway IMHO besides access to a strong peer group and industry connections, your college name doesn't really matter.
