Remove the end of the power cable connected to your TV box. Leave the coaxial cable plugged into the TV box. Next, disconnect the coaxial cable from the splitter and put the splitter out of the picture. Then plug the loose end of the coaxial cable directly into the wall outlet. The following observations have been recorded and troubleshooting steps completed: Pixelation seems worse in early morning and evening. Pixelation seems even worse with extreme heat or stormy conditions. X1 DVR box replaced (twice) X1 box has been restarted from Xfinity app/chat.
