No the Dagger frame is designed for Gen 3 G19 slides. The front of the slide is smaller in diameter than a Gen 4 slide. There might be a possibility of dremmeling the recoil spring channel to allow the nose to slide through, however the recoil spring must be a Gen 3 spring and you'll need a Lantac adapter for the Gen 3 recoil spring to sit in the Gen 4 nose.

My Dagger slide fits on every Gen3 G19 type frame that I have, be it Glock, Polymer80, or Combat Armory. P.S. it really looks good on a Polymer80 frame.
