This is so much of a common issue that people have created cam shafts with altered firing orders to try to remove the stress from that point on the crank. Plenty of stock trucks have broken cranks like this. Had an LB7 that i built an engine for back in 2016, and broke the (LBZ) crank in 2018. Ran perfect with no noise until about 2200rpm and then would stumble and spit and shake.
