1. Fresh install the game and update up to 1.03.1, install the Anti-cheat toggler and disable anti-cheat. 2. Launch the game with the original regulation.bin and make a new save. Exit the game. 4. Rename the original regulation to regulation.bin.original and place the regulation.bin of v1.4.2 inside the Game Folder. 5.The game was updated to 1.10 on 27 July 2023, so at least one of those mods needs updating first. It may be necessary to manually update both of those regulation.bin files one by one before merging. Search "dsmapstudio update regulation.bin elden ring" on YouTube to see a walk through to do that.
