It was pretty hot, might burn your feet in some areas that aren't getting enough cold water. You can see the source of the hot spring streaming into the bigger pool. This area is spacious. There were about 15 people there, but plenty of room for everybody. The Fifth Water trail and specifically the hot springs area are currently (4/25/2020) closed indefinitely by the Forest Service due to COVID-19.
