I've had over 6 blue dye tests look exactly like that in September-October and they were all evap lines! Blue dyes are totally not worth it in my opinion because this happened every time I tested. Second thing, blue dye test are awful for putting out false positives (evap lines) even within the time frame. You might want to test again with a first response pink dye test.
