I finally got around to completing the Lost to the Ages Quests. Wow. This took forever but being at and using the Aetherium Forge made it all worth it.

Reload a previous save, as it seems a mod destroyed your quest. Try loading a save without mods then go to Arkngthamz. My saves don't go back to before I started Dawnguard which seems to be the issue sadly. Ill try and save my current game and then uninstall all the mods and see if that helps like you suggested.
