feel the bottom of the steering column collar. you should feel 2 or 3 holes. The hole closest to the ignition is not a screw hole. grab a Philips screw driver or a metal rod, like ARC Welding Rod. Turned out under the shifter assembly and center console, there are dual ground eyelets. Mine were not tightend to spec.
