The keybox is alwys open and the key missing despite shooting through the second door again and again to unlock and open it. Killing the flamer also doesnt result in a key drop. Without the key, I cant access the last cache to complete the civic center project.

G’Day Agents I only have one SHD Tech Caches to collect in the Civic Center Sewers for the Goal Project - Civic Center Liberation to be competed. The Big cleaner carrying the key for the door will not spawn. I have been down those sewers so many times now. I’ve even taken advice from other agents that you must wait and he’ll spawn. WoNY - Missing SHD Tech on map. My map only shows 1x SHD Tech icon and it's glitched in a sewer behind a door in Civic Centre. All other SHD tech icons are missing from map. I am level 40. I can't interact with all laptops in safe houses either. There is a Cleaner Heavy that spawns and roams around down there.Loved it. Had to backtrack form the SHD cache to find that.
