P90 can only be owned by the military or a law enforcement agency. An officer cannot personally own one. A specially licensed FFL can also have a dealer sample.

Well the civi PS90 has the long goofy barrel anyways. So the OAL length is 26 inch compared to the AUG's 28 inch. So the PS90 isn't that much more maneuverabe than the AUG. Plus 556 is usually (except now) cheaper and more available than 5.7. Also the Aug is known to be particularly accurate.
