General rule of thumb is to go Zeus/Dioynsus for fast attacks, Artemis/Aphrodite/Athena for higher base damage attacks, and Ares doom for something in between. Achilles is the best aspect pretty easily, and it's often recommended that you go a pseudo-cast build with it. Pick up Zeus cast, use the special for the damage boost, then spam your cast.
