Stranglegrasp looks great, but I feel I don't need the extra dps (at the cost of extra ramp up-time if I keep using snakebite since the extra max frenzy charge means that I am taking longer to get to 100% poison chance.) I did not like the substantial degen of Annihilation's approach either.
