I have similar issues with my 2021 outback onyx xt. There are supposed to be 3 different stages of Eyesight pre- collision warning/ intervention. First stage is a beep and flash on head up lights on windshield. if no intervention by driver and collision still probable, 3 beeps and a pulse of the ABS system.

It felt as if there was a new driver or drunk driver at the wheel, constantly moving a little to the right or left.I've taken several 8 hour long trips in my 2022 crosstrek. I've never had any issues with eyesight or adaptive cruise control. Yes, it does correct but I've never thought that it was out of the lane, or sudden jerking.
