IF Akaza and Douma was to actually fight, I think Douma wins based off certain abilities which is simply really oppressive. However, I do think on a physical level they are very much so similar. Akaza I'd say is generally more combat skilled. But what Douma lacks in that area is more oppressive abilities that are difficult to deal with.
