For anyone still experiencing this issue, i had the same thing happen to me in my playthrough of the mod. I recommend you use the debug tool for Elden Ring and choose the option to warp to the Redmane castle plaza site of grace. That way you will be beyond the door on the screenshot and able to continue the game.Start Ranni's quest (top North-West of the map) and speak with all 3 NPC's ghosts.
