Replacing the Mods folder with a Junction to one in another drive works perfectly outside of breaking in-game mod downloads. If you want to not break that, you can manually make junctions for each mod inside of the mod folder. You can make one using the command line, but I'd recommend something like Link Shell Extension to make it easier. Reply.
