The KS47 lower has a wider mag well to accept AK mags and so does the upper since the mag sticks up into it slightly. The assembled Ks47 lower that I bought came with an ar10 spring and H buffer. It seemed like the KS47 barrel was way over gassed, shooting it the recoil was more like shooting an AR10 than an AK or SKS. I understand that the Green Mountain barrels are more moderately gassed.
