I see both "60fps_totk" and "DynamicFPSv1.3" in the Add-Ons section and both are enabled, using Vulkan, GPU is set to High, Vsync is disabled, and Use Fast GPU Time is disabled, yet my game is reporting a locked 30 FPS and unlocking the Speed Percent causes 60 fps and 2x speed.

Yuzu is not detecting Xenoblade Chronicles DE, but it does detect every other game in the folders and subfolders. What could be happening here?
