Mytip.com lacks integrity. This is the worse agency ever and they are scammers. My flight was canceled by westjet and I was told by westjet that my money was refunded immediately to my trip.com but they failed to refund my money. My flight was canceled on the 14th of January 2024 and my order number was MRDD5T. Yes they’re legit and they try with their customer service, but it’s not as smooth as buying direct from airline. I recommend being absolutely sure you get your trip /passenger details right the first time because it’s annoying to change your reservation afterwards.
